The Story

The AAF briefing — shown to every pilot before their first launch. In the game, each card is a full-screen illustrated still, drifting slow.

The Accretion structure feeding in open space

THE ACCRETION

That is what we called them, for lack of a better name. Parasites, building planet-like structures the way ants build a hill — and everything nearby is fuel.

A planet breaking into shards under a dying star

THE HARVEST

Civilizations destroyed or consumed. Stars dying. Planets pulled apart for their resources. All of it to keep the Accretion alive, and growing.

The AAF war room: the ring emblem and intel pins

THE AAF

The Anti-Accretion Force: our brightest minds and most experienced leadership, brought together with one mandate — rid the star system of this scourge.

The structure in cross-section, one lit route to the core

THE WEAKNESS

Months of analysis found it: tunnels, with unguarded entrances too small for any armada. Only the smallest ship can get in. Inside wait guardian ships, cannons — and walls that forgive nothing.

THE FIGHTER

So we built one. It withstands damage and repairs in flight. It carries smart bombs. And it can take the shield enhancer — for eight seconds, indestructible.

The fighter at full burn, the nuclear fire filling the tunnel behind

THE RUN

Reach the center. Destroy the guardian craft — its nuclear drive will chain-react and take the structure from inside. And know this: once you are detected, the nuclear fire follows you in. Do not slow down, lest you be consumed.
